Try these energy bites from cycling instructor Val

Energy bites
Recipe:

1c oats
2/3c shredded coconut (I used organic unsweetened)
1/2c natural peanut butter
1/2c ground flaxseed
1/2c chocolate chips
1/3c honey (I used organic)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all together, roll in balls, refrigerate then Enjoy!!!
