Timed stations keep this class moving but still social. Everyone helps and pushes each other to work hard with a good weekend vibe! Appropriate for all fitness levels as modifications are coached.

Boot Camp – Metabolic Mayhem
A fun, safe group boot camp style class meant to accommodate all levels of fitness. Those who want less challenge are coached to modify exercises and build progress. Those who want more challenge are appropriately pushed to their limits. We incorporate body weight, walk/run, cardio drills, dumbbell resistance, and more.
