Action Before Motivation
Lack of motivation is something to which we all can relate. During these trying times, its even harder to muster up energy and drive. It's ok to feel like you don't want to get up or get out of bed. It's not "having motivation" that helps us succeed. It's "action" . Action drives motivation...not the other way around. What can you do today....what tiny action step can you take....that you want to take...towards your goal. (and if you don't have a specific goal right now, everyone's goal should be to emerge stronger at the end of this quarantine period. What will you do today?
