Hit farther and faster while minimizing injuries! This workshop is designed to identify your specific body swing patterns and tailor an array of exercises to maximize your golf swing.

Titleist Golf Performance Screening helps you understand the body’s connection to your golf swing and swing faults.

Get assessed to uncover your hidden stability/mobility patterns that lead to injuries, poor swing mechanics and power leaks.

Following your assessment you will receive a personalized and targeted exercise program to help correct and develop proper mechanics.

Workshop is led by Joy de Soto, a Titleist Performance Certified Golf Fitness Instructor.
